Located in the scenic Kampung Barunagri, Villa Dinar Lembang features three distinct retreats: Villa D Strawberry, Villa D Mountain Estate and Villa D Tulip ( Vila Istana Bunga Complex ). Each is situated along Lembang's cool slopes, offering units with 1 to 6 beds, hot water, TV, E-Ride Adventure and private balconies.

Mountain Estate provides spacious, tiered layouts for groups, while Villa Strawberry centers on the signature agrotourism experience. Villa Tulip offers a cozy, cottage-style atmosphere. Guests across all villas enjoy shared access to the "pick-your-own" strawberry garden, BBQ areas, and a children’s playground. Located minutes from Dusun Bambu, they offer the perfect mountain getaway.

To ensure an Aman, Bersih, and Harmonis (Safe, Clean, and Harmonious) environment for all our guests and the surrounding community, we kindly ask you to observe the following Terms of Stay.

General Rental Rules

Prohibited Items: Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing, consuming, or storing alcohol, narcotics, illegal drugs, or any items that violate the law and religious norms within the villa area.
Conduct: Guests must maintain order, cleanliness, and mutual comfort throughout their stay.
Noise Levels: Activities that disturb the peace are prohibited. This includes making excessive noise, playing loud music, or any actions that bother other guests or local residents.
Safety: Weapons, explosives, or other dangerous items are not allowed without management’s permission.
Property Damage: Guests are fully responsible for any damage to or loss of villa facilities caused by negligence.
Occupancy: The number of staying or visiting guests must match the data provided during the reservation.
Legal/Moral Standards: Activities that violate religious norms, morality, or applicable laws are strictly prohibited.
Waste Management: Guests must maintain cleanliness and dispose of trash in the designated bins provided.
Management Authority: To ensure safety and comfort, management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if rules are violated.
Agreement: By making a reservation and entering the villa area, guests are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all prevailing regulations.

Swimming Pool Regulations

Operational Hours: The pool is open from 06:30 to 19:00.
No Food/Drinks: Bringing food or beverages into the swimming pool area is prohibited.
Chemicals/Contaminants: Do not use soap, shampoo, detergent, or flour in the pool.
Penalty: Failure to comply with these rules, or any action that results in damage/water contamination, will result in a fine of Rp 1,000,000.

At Villa Dinar Lembang, we understand that plans can change. Please be advised of the following general policy regarding cancellations and modifications for Villa Dinar Mountain Estate, Villa Dinar Strawberry, and Villa Dinar Tulip:

Policy Specificity: All cancellations, refunds, or requests to reschedule are governed strictly by the specific terms and conditions outlined in your Booking Confirmation document or message.
Review Your Reservation: As terms may vary based on the booking date, seasonal rates, or the specific platform used (Direct, Traveloka, Agoda, etc.), we kindly ask guests to review their reservation details carefully upon receipt.
Confirmation Priority: In the event of any discrepancy, the policy stated on your individual booking confirmation shall take precedence.
Inquiries: Should you have any questions regarding the specific cancellation window or fees applicable to your stay, please contact our reservation team via WhatsApp at 0822-1308-8382 prior to your arrival date.
